Regardless, reality came in a big way for the sheeple who showed up for the demonstration in San Diego on May 14, 2000. We got wind of this shindig in late March, and it was simply amazing how so many good people from so many good groups suddenly coalesced to actively and publicly resist this blatant example of the 'tyranny of the majority' that our founding fathers so warned us against. The brand-new CA TRT and Second Amendment Sisters, the North San Diego County NRA Members Council, FReepers, Libertarians, Republicans, and too many other great folks came together and in two months assembled a successful counter-demonstration that took the MMM'ers completely by surprise. A day to remember!
